Solicitation N00421-24-Q-0193 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Sole Source basis with TEST-FUCHS, Corp. for item: Load Bank under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.  The integrity of the Program’s network would be at stake if new platform configurations were introduced, particularly with a staff unfamiliar with off-brands.
