LM2500 High Pressure Turbine Kits

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Philadelphia, PA, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Blanket Order Agreement (BOA) order to provide from General Electric (GE), LM2500 Single Shank High-Pressure Turbine (HPT) Kits. The proposed order is for one (1) LM2500 SST HPT Material Kit, PN 738L551G03.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements,” as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1.
