LM Owego Price Pending Add

This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for additions to price pending subsumable long-term contract SPE4AX-25-D-P003. It is anticipated that 9 NSNs will be included in this add population. The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis as supported by a J&A in accordance with FAR 6.302-1.
