Base Pavements Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Little Rock Air Force Base (LRAFB) for maintenance and repair components on airfield pavements and civil works construction projects in support of the 19th Civil Engineer Squadron (19 CES).
