The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following items: Link Management System Software Licenses (Qty 2 EA). This requirement is sole sourced to Northrop Grumman, 9326 Spectrum Center Blvd, San Diego, CA 92123.
