Limited Source Justification

the LSJ for engineering suppport services was rerquireed do a greater need to use this contract due to a need to continue advancement of technology in order to counter threats abroad and to upgrade the United States military aviation and missile technology. 

The action was executed under teh authority of GSAR 538.7104-3(b)(iii)) Increasing the ceiling by $99M no additional time was added to the original contract.
