Life Insurance for Locally Employed Staff

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for corporate life insurance for locally employed staff.  If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.

The requirement is for providing life insurance services to the locally hired employees of the US Mission, in Bratislava, Slovakia.  The estimated number of employees is 70 without dependents. Please note these are only estimated quantities.  The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government.   The solicitation will be issued not sooner than February 16, 2026.
