Library of Congress - Commercial Binding services IDIQ

The Library awarded a firm fixed priced single award Indefinite Delivery/indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to HF Group, LLC with a  ceiling of $6,000,000.  The contract was awarded using competitve procedures and it has been structured to have five 12-month ordering periods beginning on 03/01/2025. The first task order, which is also firm fixed priced, was issued with the IDIQ.  The period of performance for the task order runs from 03/01/2025 - 02/28/2026.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation being issued under the authority of FAR Parts 12 and 13.5.
