Leveraging Enterprise Technologies for Holistic AI, Logistics, Integration, Transformation, and Yield

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division, is releasing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish an Other Transaction Agreement with a single Consortium Management Firm under the authority of 10 U.S.C. § 4022 to develop and mature technologies to enable advanced approaches to maintaining maritime superiority.  Please see attached RFP for specifications on the requirement.
