NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD: Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Hybrid Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract with Time & Material (T&M) CLINs to have off site repair services conducted on the Oscilloscope Units located at Letterkenny Munitions Center (LEMC).
