Laboratory Analysis - Phase II Environmental Site Assessment - Fort DuPont, Delaware City, DE

Introduction: It is the intent of the Government to award a sole source purchase order for analytical laboratory services from Alpha Analytical as cited in the attached Sole Source Justification.  Under an Interagency Agreement, the U.S. Departme nt of Transportation John A. Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center) is providing support to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Targeted Brownfields Assessments (TBA) Program.
