(i) The Government is seeking to procure the L3Harris AN/PRC-163 Radio system is a highly ruggedized, submersible, dual-channel tactical communication suite engineered for line-of-sight and beyond-line-of-sight satellite reachback, operating securely under NSA Certified Type 1 encryption across extreme temperatures.
