Solicitation N0042126Q1073 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis for Aviatech as they are the sole authorized reseller of the required Cooper brand name L band antennas, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR by FAR Part 13.106-1b.
