The purpose of this amendment is to post updated requirement documents as a result of the Q&A responses posted 13 Mar 2024 to SAM.gov.  A list of the Summary of Changes is provided below.  Additional clarification is being provided to support the Governments previous response to Questions #43 and #45; see attachment titled Amendment 0001 Revised Government Response.
