DoWEA requires a K-12 Visual Arts Resource Platform and a Visual Arts Professional Learning Platform that is a mature, fully developed product capable of fully functioning on the first day of contract performance. The platform must be fully developed, fully operational, and require minimal to no modifications upon deployment. DoDEA intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to small business, The Art of Education University, LLC UEI RME3BKX7W1488 to provide a K-12 Visual Arts Platform and a comprehensive bank of visual arts-specific asynchronous webinars and/or digital modules that will provide professional learning for visual arts educators.
