Amendment 5: The purpose of this amendment is to provide the design contractor's project drawing addendums. The documents are attached and titled C-2 Attachment 3-2 Amendment to A7.0 MRV Arch, C-2 Attachment 3-3 Amendment HVAC Modernization, and C-2 Attachment 3-4 Amendment HVAC Modernization Mechanical Drawings.

Amendment 4: The purpose of this amendment is to provide the attached solicitation questions and answers on the document titled C-3 QA RFQ 1240BJ26Q0001, and to extend the due date for quotes to 27 March 2026 at 10:00 am Alaska Daylight Time.  The extension is required because the design contractor will be providing updated drawings, which should be posted on or around March 18th.

Amendment 3: The purpose of this amendment is to replace the following:

• Replace Specification Section 232113.13 Underground Hydronic Piping with the details in the attached document titled C-2 Attachment 2-1 Amendment to spec 232113_13 Rev1.

Amendment 2: The due date for quotes has been extended to 18 March 2026 at 10:00 am Alaska Daylight Time.
