The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Joint Threat Emitter (JTE) Program Management Office intends to solicit and award a contract with only one source pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 to Northrop Grumman Mission Systems.
