Joint Mission Planning System FY 26 Laptops

On 01 July 2026, the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, CA awarded a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (FFP-IDIQ) contract for a total of $14,064,650 using other than full and open competition, FAR 6.103-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (10U.S.C 3204(a)(1), OSI Federal Technologies INC, STE 110, 4500 Daly Dr, Chantilly, VA 20151. The ordering period is two years from the date of award and will include commercial laptops and associated peripherals to support Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) software for the Navy and Marine Corps.

The purpose of this amendment is to reopen the solicitation to Offerors due to updated terms and conditions in accordance

with the FAR Overhaul.
