The USTRANSCOM Directorate of Acquisition, Scott AFB IL has awarded 7 indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, fixed-price contracts to obtain short-term dry cargo time and voyage charter services. The location of performance is worldwide, as specified on individual orders.  The period of performance consists of a five- year base period (1 Sep 2026 through 31 Aug 2031), a five- year option period (1 Sep 2031 through 31 Aug 2036), and an optional six-month extension of services.
