The work under this project consists of upgrading the current facility to contemporary facility standards, to include major repairs to all building systems. The facility is currently unoccupied. The project includes but are not limited to; demolition of several interior partitions and equipment to be replaced with new, demolition of all exterior doors, door hardware (as required), existing flat roof, and all exterior windows.
