Joint Base Andrews (JBA) full food service operation consists of: (1) Main dining facility services and (2) In-Flight Kitchen Services for the Freedom Hall facility; and (3) Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Cook support services for the 89 Airlift Wing (1st Airlift Squadron and 99th Airlift Squadron). The Freedom Hall provides full meal service while meeting the nutritional needs of personnel in accordance with (IAW) Department of Air Force (DAF) guidance.
