The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform JCLC Manasota 2025, 2-6 June 2025, for 250 Cadets and 44 Cadre as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.

Q1. Is there any incumbent/recompete or this is a brand-new project? If yes, could you please provide us with their award number or even if the customer bought similar services in the past.

A1. The incumbent for last year is Southwest Florida Council Inc., Boy Scouts. The award number for last year is W9124D24P0103.
