28 April 2025: Amendment 1 - Questions and Answers have been posted as an attachment. ______________________________________________________________ The Government anticipates a need for Airfield Runway Friction Testing at JBSA, Texas on a regularly scheduled basis. The requested support will provide services on four runways at three geographically separated installations: JBSA Lackland (Kelly Field), JBSA Randolph, and JBSA Randolph Auxiliary Airfield at Seguin.
