JBSA Lackland Library Internet Services

This is an annual service contract with a base year and four option renewal years. Air Force Libraries are identified as Core mission and classified as Category A (100% Appropriated Funding). The libraries are required to deliver specific DoD Library Core Standards (DoDLS) which are reported on AF Common Output Level Standards (AFCOLS) annually. Per DAFI34-101, DoDI 1015.10 (see Appendix) and DoDLS, access to online library catalogs and resources, WiFi access and commercial network hardwired computers should be provided to patrons whenever possible.
