The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain janitorial services for USAGM Transmitting Station, Concepcion, Tarlac, Philippines. The USAGM Transmitting station in the country of Philippines supports the Agency mission to inform, engage, and connect people around the world in support of freedom and democracy.
