S--JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR USGS CHARLESTON, SC FIELD

The purpose of this amendment is to remove the Fully Burdened Hourly Labor Rates for Supervisor and Custodian from the Schedule of Services. Vendors shall submit a fixed price monthly and annual price, inclusive of all work in the Statement of Work and solicitation. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The purpose of this amendment to clarify that service is required twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays during business hours, with the exception of Federal holidays, or administrative closures. Hours worked shall be sufficient to complete all work requirements, at a minimum. In addition, the contract period of performance is changed to May 1, 2025 - April 30, 2030 including four option years.
