Janitorial Services for U.S. Consulate Sao Paulo

In response to Solicitation No. 19BR9324Q0001 for Janitorial Service for U.S. Consulate Sao Paulo in Brazil, Contract No. 19BR9326D0003 was awarded to IBC Cleaning LLC in the amount of $744,610 USD for base plus 4 option years. 

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Consulate General of the United States in Sao Paulo, Brazil will launch the solicitation for Janitorial Services on the SAM.gov website when it is available.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.
