NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: IAW FAR 5.101 this notice is to advise the public that The Department of Veterans Affairs RPO-E R&D, intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price Contract IAW RFO 12.201-1 to Rees Scientific (SAM UEI NCRKL9YLY2X4) for services to provide annual validation of environmental monitoring system.
