Corrects Attachment 2. The OEM attachment is on original notice incorrect, please disregard. Per the Statement of Work, all lifts will be inspected using VHA Directive 1611 Checklist. Current version- VHA Corrective and Preventive Maintenance Checklist for Ceiling Mounted Patient Lifts provided at corrected Attachment 2.
The incorrect Attachment 2 will be removed from the original notice.
