Zablocki VA Medical Center located in Milwaukee, WI; Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center located in Iron Mountain, MI; Milo C. Huempfner Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located in Green Bay, WI; and John H. Bradley Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located in Appleton, WI. The contractor shall provide all services for X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, Nuclear Medicine, Computerized Tomography (CT), and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) equipment.
