J065--Baxter Hill-Rom Beds and Stretchers Maintenance

This procurement is for a long-term Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Baxter/Hill-Rom Beds and Stretchers Maintenance Services at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) in accordance with FAR 12. The Government intends to procure these services through a single source (Baxter Supply and Distribution PR) in accordance with FAR 6.103-1(b), since they are currently the only authorized service representative for Baxter/Hill-Rom in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
