The purpose of the amendment is to address the following:
Provide a response to the contractor's questions.
Question: Is it possible to schedule a site visit to physically evaluate the severity, distances, and potential obstacles a contractor will face for this project?
Response: Given the severity of the medium voltage failure, a pre-site visit was deemed necessary. Scheduling an additional site visit will further delay the acquisition process required to restore service to the hospital.
