The Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, lubricants, hydraulic fluids, supervision, tools, shipping, travel, and equipment necessary to provide full maintenance services, including all adjustments, tests, parts replacement and repairs necessary to keep the elevators in continuous use at their initial performance ability (same speed, capacity, safety and efficiency) as originally specified by the equipment manufacturer as modified thereafter.
