J045--Annual Chiller Maintenance Serivces

This is notice of a total SDVOSB set-aside for semmiannual chiller maintenance services for the Puget Sound VA Medical Center - Seattle Campus.

One site visit is scheduled for interested parties to attend on 11/04/2025. See Attachment Site Visit Instructions for scheduling requirements and avanced notice.

SDVOSBs must have a 2025 annual report and confirmation of filing for VETS-4212 at https://www.dol.gov/agencies/vets/programs/vets4212.

Interested parties may submit quote submission requirements on or before the close date of this RFQ on 11/10/2025 at 15:00 PST direclty to derek.crockett@va.gov.
