This requirement is for the repair of Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) test body armor shredder. Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) tests body armor on a regular basis, accumulating large stockpiles that must be demilitarized before disposing. A large industrial shredder was deemed the best way to demilitarize the body armor after testing. The machine is sold and serviced by SSI Shredding.
