IWTSD Broad Agency Announcement FY 2026

This Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) is seeking solutions for capability gaps identified by IWTSD stakeholders.  IWTSD is releasing two BAAs at the same time. This one is a 2-phase BAA, while the other is a 3-phase BAA.

IWTSD will be holding an Industry Day on March 6, 2025. This event is an opportunity for industry, academia, and government labs — any entity that can conduct business with the U.S. Government and has an interest in submitting bids — to discuss these draft requirements that will form our FY 2026 research and development portfolio.
