This pre-solicitation notice pertains to a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for design-bid-build and other construction services in support of the Israel construction portfolio for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Middle East District.
