This pre-solicitation notice pertains to a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for design-bid-build and other construction services in support of the Israel construction portfolio for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Middle East District. The USACE Middle East District has a requirement for a seven-year Construction MATOC to provide repair, alteration, and construction services in Israel, primarily for the Israeli Ministry of Defense (IMOD), but may be used for other customers with requirements in Israel.
