Mobile Access Stairs for Drydocked Vessel Access 1. GENERAL 1.1 Background The U.S. Coast Guard seeks to procure one mobile (rolling) adjustable height access stair system, hereafter termed “mobile access stairs.” The stairs will provide vessel access and egress to blocked CG PBPL vessels during Drydock Availability periods.
