------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Q&A Memorandum: Uploaded 12 March 2026 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- USFS PPS FPO SWZ CSA #2 is pursuing a contract for services to provide Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Operations (Ops) and Maintenance (Maint) services at various facilities on the Inyo National Forest. The facilities included are the Bishop Creek WWTP, Rock Creek WWTP, Convict Lake WWTP, and the lift station at the Eastern Sierra Visitor Center. Services shall be performed by the awardee in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions of this solicitation, including those found in the solicitation attachments (see Solicitation Section D).
