The Navy Region Southwest Qualified Recycling Program (QRP) invites you to submit a bid for the purchase of non-ferrous scrap metals stored in gaylords at Naval Base San Diego, California. This is a Government Sale.

Submission Requirements:

• Bids must be submitted using the official bid sheet included in this email.

• Bid sheets must be completed in ink or typed, clearly legible, and signed by the submitting individual.

• All bids must be received no later than 12:00 PM (Pacific Time) on July 15, 2025.
