Investigative Interviewing course to provide Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) employees with the tools necessary for conducting ethical, outcome-based interviewing. Learned techniques used in the Plan and Preparation, Engage and Explain, Account – Clarification and Challenge, Closure and Evaluation (P.E.A.C.E.)
