The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) in Falls Church, VA intends to procure inTransition Contact Center Support Services. This requirement will be solicited as a competitive small business set-aside, in accordance with FAR 19.5, using Trade-off Source Selection procedures and only small business vendors will be considered.
