The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) requires a contractor to provide all personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and technical expertise necessary to perform maintenance, calibration, inspections, and training services for two Government-owned Intoxilyzer 9000 Breath Alcohol Testing instruments located at Fort Hood, Texas. All services shall be performed in accordance with Texas Breath Alcohol Testing Regulations (TBATR) requirements, Texas Forensic Science Commission standards, and Texas Department of Public Safety regulations.
