International Legal Support Services (ILSS) IDIQ Suite

The U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) requires a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) suite of contracts for the provision of non-personal International Legal Support Services (IILSS). The IILSS vehicle will a consist of four (4) service categories:

(i) Finance;
(ii)  Investments funds;
(iii) Direct Equity;
(iv) Political risk insurance 

These services will support of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) Office of General Counsel (OGC) and other US Government entities with a need for similar services.
