The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on a Sole Source basis to 4D Technology Corporation based on Statement of Work (SOW) and material. These specific Sole Source products are required as another vendor’s products would require additional configuration management, testing, and integration resulting in a duplication of costs to the Government.
