Intent to Sole Source - Trusted Systems IPS Containers

According to the GSA Qualified Products List, a specific list of vendors are only allowed to provide the IPS containers needed by the government. The government intends to utilize a sole-source methodology for this procurement to maintain compliance with the QPL. The QPL does not authorize resellers.
