Naval Supply Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (NAVSUP FLC PS), in support of Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC), Yokosuka, intends to issue a firm-fixed-price supply-type contract on a sole source basis to RIX Industries. The requirement is for an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)-certified Field Service Representative (FSR) to perform maintenance, repair, and programming of Low-Pressure Air Compressors (LPACs) onboard a U.S. Navy vessel in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).

A Justification and Approval (J&A) for the use of other than full and open competition has been prepared in accordance with FAR 13.501(a).
