Intent to Sole Source, Juniper Elbow Co - Damper Assembly

Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit for OEM Juniper Elbow Co Damper Assembly. 

This requirement is sole sourced to Juniper Elbow Co due to the OEM/proprietary configuration item that must match the installed ventilation damper in form, fit, and function and is only available from the OEM/authorized source.  Juniper Elbow Co is the OEM of the Vent System Shut Off Damper SS-21 (Damper Assembly, PNM SA-PNM-0162).  Any parts installed/performed by any company other than the OEM would void warranties on this equipment.
