Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Healthcare Contracting Division-West (HCD-W) intends to award a single contract for the Integrated Referral Management and Appointing Center (IRMAC) requirement to the Offeror whose proposal represents the best value after evaluation in accordance with the factors in this solicitation.
This solicitation is 8(a) set-aside. Offerors must be eligible to receive an 8(a) contract at the time of award, estimated as 17 August 2026, as determined by the Small Business Administration.
