This amendment is issued to notify interested parties of the following updates to the solicitation and its associated attachments:

• Solicitation & Clause Updates: The Period of Performance has been updated to identify the transition period  separate from the base period. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.219-6 has been removed from this solicitation. FAR clause 52.219-14 is incorporated to correct a clerical error.
