The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Contracting Activity in Falls Church, VA, intends to procure services to provide satisfaction data from Integrated Disability Evaluation System (IDES) program participants and stakeholders as a basis for ongoing process improvement activities in accordance with DoDI 1332.18 and DoDM 1332.18 Volumes 1 and 2.
